FAQ’s relating to On-line Orders

You can place your order either by Phone or by using our online ordering service. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you via email.

If you placed your order by phone, bring your order number, cash or card to make payment when you collect my order.

If you placed your order on-line, produce your order number, and receipt to collect my order.

Please call the customer care line on 012 681 4189 and quote your order number to resolve the problem.

FAQ’s relating to the menu items & Special Orders

Special orders can be arranged provided we are given 24 hours’ notice for items not on the menu at special request.

Spicylicious does not only sell spicy foods.  The catering menu also provides a range of non – spicy menu items for bulk catering.          Should you want to make a small special order that is not a bulk catering order for non – spicy food please request your order from the restaurant

Yes, Spicylicious prepares strictly vegan non – dairy vegetarian meals. 

FAQ’s relating to deliveries

Spicylicious offers their own free delivery service within a radius of 5 km of the restaurant, between the 11:00 am and 2:00 pm every day. Alternatively, you can opt to use Uber east or Mr Delivery to receive your order.

In support of social distancing all Spicylicious deliveries are now contactless. Our drivers have been instructed not to make physical contact with customers and to maintain a safe distance. Bags will be placed on a surface indicted by you. The driver will then back away and allow you to pick out your order yourself.

Yes, you can request a preferred time for your delivery to be made. While every effort will be made to deliver your order on time, there is a possibility of a delay. Please note that sometimes traffic on the road could delay your order, or due to the fact that over lunchtime there may be many orders, requesting for the same delivery time slot there could be delays. FAQ’s Relating to Catering Orders

Catering can be arranged as per the catering menu options.

You can place your order either by Phone or by using our online ordering service. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you via email.

A 50% deposit will be request to secure bulk-catering orders upfront.

Catering prices includes, tables & tablecloths for the buffet only, chafing dishes, and serving utensils for the buffet will be provided. Crockery can be hired upon request.
